2019 update: pirating NOD32 no longer makes sense. I deleted the contents of this post because licenses are dirt cheap nowadays.
I strongly recommend buying a NOD32 license and also a Malwarebytes license. These 2 programs go well together and they will save you from very unpleasant experiences!
