MovieSwap este al doilea proiect de pe Kickstarter pentru care am decis sa donez cativa euro. Daca se va face, va fi cu adevarat misto.
Ideea e simpla: vor sa creeze o librarie globala de filme, iar utilizatorii sa vizioneze si sa schimbe titluri intre ei fara nici o restrictie.
MovieSwap va fi un serviciu cu plata lunara, ca si celelalte servicii de streaming aparute in ultimii ani. Pe langa plata lunara, vei trimite celor de la MovieSwap DVD-uri cu filme pe care le-ai cumparat de-a lungul timpului si care acum strang praf in biblioteca. Odata ce titlurile sunt rip-uite si adaugate cu toate extra-urile (deleted scenes, interviews etc.), ele sunt adaugate profilului tau si vei putea sa le imprumuti/sa faci schimb cu ceilalti utilizatori, la fel cum ai face schimb in viata reala.
Suna bine, desi exista multe intrebari legate de chestiile legale sau tehnice din spatele ideii. Dar asta nu e treaba mea si ma gandesc ca baietii au un plan - doar sunt francezi

Absolutely not. If you subscribe to MovieSwap on Kickstarter, you get a free first DVD (We buy it for you). It will be your entry ticket to swap with the rest of the community.Why should I send my DVDs?
Try to think about the last time you watch each of your DVDs. If your DVDs are gathering dust, you can send them to us to make room in your homes and give them purpose.
Every DVD you send us will be locked at first and therefore won’t be available to other users. Only if you want to, you can unlock them, free them: you will then allow the MovieSwap library to grow and you’ll get some exclusive benefits like the acquisition of rare and new films.Do you stream Blu-rays?
Not yet. MovieSwap only uses DVDs for now because Blu-rays are too heavy to be streamed remotely.
