Lorelai's House

As you walk into the studio it looks like someone has built an actually house inside. The outer walls are in place so that shots through the windows can be filmed. The house is a continuous set meaning that you can walk from room to room as if it were real. This allows continuous shots to be filmed as an actor walks from room to room. There is a set of stairs but they only go up to a flat platform. The second level is actually built on the ground floor behind the main house.
