Cool Steven Tyler story for the ages

On his Facebook page, radioman Bill Rock shared an awesome Steven Tyler story:

In 1973 as program director of WMEX in Boston when I was a lot heavier and hairier, I took a chance on a local band called Aerosmith and played their newly released record "Dream On". Steven Tyler and Joe Perry stopped by to thank me. The last time I saw him was in the Green Room for Saturday Night Live a few years ago. His daughter Liv was on SNL that night. I told him I was now an announcer for NBC-TV. He thanked me again for playing his first record and without skipping a beat he whipped out a CD and said “if you liked that, you’re gonna love this”.

Blah, blah, blah
