		<description>Asta cam asa e! Tipa din poza 2 ii sta chiar f naspa, cum isi tzine picioarele zici k sunt spaghete :))

Dupa parerea mea, fiecare dintre noi (fata / baiat) ar trebui sa aibe un pic de burtica, si sa proportioneze prin miscare, apa, mancare (de baza), dragoste, aer curat, muzica etc (diferite pasiuni)! Nu conteaza salile de forta, eforturi multe, inutile, steroizi si alte rahaturi!!!!! Miscarea consta in simplul mers pe jos, urcare de scari, da nu multe etaje / zi, + alergat usor maxim 10 min, in concluzie foarte putin cat sa transpiri un pic, gantere, cateva, 5 -10 flotari, un meci de fotbal in parc cu baietii 1 ora acolo, kestii de genu&#039; asta!
Oricum, fiecare raspunde pt cat face si pt ceea ce face!
De multe ori conteaza si gena, avem constitutii diferite, suntem diferiti, si trebuie adaptat totul in functie de fiecare individ!</description>
